Pre-Orders

The following terms and conditions apply to all pre-orders made by customers with Baud Gear AB for "The Player One" headphones. These terms govern products that, at the time of pre-order, have not yet been shipped or are temporarily out of stock on the Website. By initiating a pre-order, you agree to adhere to these pre-order terms, in addition to Baud Gear AB's standard Purchase Terms.
When placing a pre-order, please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date. Please note that pre-orders cannot be transferred to another individual. The full price for the ordered products, along with any associated delivery fees, must be paid at the time of pre-order. For deliveries outside the EU, pre-ordered products may incur import duties, taxes, and fees.
Pre-ordered products will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to their availability. Please be aware that shipment and availability dates may change, and Baud Gear AB does not accept responsibility for such alterations. Both parties reserve the right to cancel a pre-order at any time, without the need for a specific reason, provided the cancellation occurs before the receipt of a shipping notification. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund. If you choose to cancel the purchase after receiving the shipping notification, the right of withdrawal conditions will be in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Shipping & Delivery
